お家籠り生活には良くも悪くもすっかり慣れてストレスもないのだけれど、体力、特に筋力低下がものすごい。

子どもたちは感じていないみたいだから、これも年齢のせいなのかな、辛い。

やっぱり少しでも日光浴びて外で運動が必要なのかな。

体力維持、これ切実。
